COMMUNICATION

Communication will be through Google Chat. We will send a Google Chat invitation to your email.

  • Updates will be sent in Google Chat and posted on our “Close Friends” Instagram story.

  • If you have any questions about your contribution, contact your director through Google Chat.

  • If you have any general questions or concerns, contact primadonnazine@gmail.com through Google Chat or email.

  • CALL SHEETS AND RELEASE FORMS will be sent via email 2-3 days before each shoot.

MOODBOARDS

Moodboards will be on Milanote. We will send a Milanote link in your welcome email and they are listed below.

FILE SHARING

Sharing will be through Google Drive. We will send a Google Drive link in your welcome email.

  • Please be sure to adhere by file location, naming and size instructions. This is imperative to make everything easier for us and you.

POSTING ON SOCIAL MEDIA FOR CONTRIBUTORS:

Please don't post any images containing the sets, themes, or looks until launch day. Only SOFT LAUNCHES (examples below) are allowed until December 16th, and then you can post everything! If you aren’t sure if something’s okay to post, please contact Maddie through email or DM and ask before posting
